Yoga Flow Come together for a moderate paced yoga practice to center yourself, breathe, and relax! Julie’s class focuses intentionally on building community, strength, and flexibility as well as an awesome guided relaxation. Modifications will be cued to assure that the practice compliments the experienced yogi and fit beginners.

Essentrics A dynamic, full body workout suitable for all fitness levels, that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening while engaging all 650 muscles. This class will increase flexibility and mobility for a healthy, toned and pain-free body.
Essentrics Gentle Stretch is a slow and gentle, full-body stretch and strengthen workout that focuses on increasing mobility, flexibility and relieving chronic aches, pains and joint stiffness. Reawaken the power of your 650 muscles while slowly building strength in your body. Ideal for those who are beginning to exercise after a long sedentary period.
Chair Yoga is an adaptive yoga class that is entirely sitting or standing; no floor work. Class participants will gently move all major joints and muscles to maintain flexibility and strength needed for freedom of movement, mobility, balance, and good posture.
Slow Flow Yoga Slow paced continuous sequence of poses linked together with breath followed by ending stretches.

Pilates focuses on the ABC’s of Pilates (Alignment, Breath, Control and Core) as well as a mix of blended flexibility, strength and meditation. A great class for the body and mind. Modifications offered for all abilities.
Drums Alive: Join in the exhilarating fun of drumming to a different beat while using drum sticks and a Stability Ball. Class also includes Pilate’s exercises on the Stability Ball. Benefits include improved cardio performance, utilization of your left and right brain (it will make you think what to do next), Core Strength, Alignment, Balance and Breath work. The one hour will fly by! Bring your own Stability Ball and mat.
Wise Woman Movement: Coffee and Conversation over various topics followed by
45 minutes of Seated movement exercises enhanced with essential oils.

Prenatal Yoga will provide you much needed relaxation while building strength and stamina necessary to support your blossoming body, mind, and baby. All levels of pregnancy and yoga experience welcome
Hatha Yoga 101 is for Every Body. Learn the basics of Yoga including breath work, poses, and philosophy. This class has a strong emphasis on how to incorporate yoga into your daily routines for a more balanced mind, body, and spirit. NO experience necessary.
Restorative Yoga uses props to comfort and support the body through longer held pose. Class focus is on calming the nervous system and healing through breath.

Qigong and Tai Chi exercises combine deep relaxed breathing with slow meditative movements designed to bring you into a calm, relaxed state which helps to reduce stress and tension. This class also incorporates foundational Tai Chi movements to help improve muscle strength, flexibility and balance. The exercises are slow and gentle and can be adjusted, so people of all levels of ability can participate.

Sculpting Yoga incorporates yoga, free weights and cardio set to upbeat music to get your heart pumping. Challenge our mind, body, and soul with a different kind of zen. All fitness levels welcome; bring your mat, towel, 2 sets of weights (optional), and water.

Sound Bath: As you relax in a chair of lay on the floor, the waves of sound produced by Himalayan sing bowls and other instruments can calm the nervous system, mind, and body. It also helps to relieve stress, insomnia, anxiety, chronic pain and depression.
Still: As we move into winter, slow down and quiet yourself in community with others. Join Lori for a 20 minute silent sitting meditation to round out your evening yoga practice or simply still your mind before bedtime. People have been coming together to sit in groups for years, from Gandhi's non-violent movement against discrimination, to the diverse community meditations and prayers for peace after 9-11 that continue annually, to flash mob meditations, where participation in non-action draws attention to causes globally. The act of being with one another contemplatively can be deeply healing. There will be no set intention, goal, or class instruction. We will simply begin with a poem promptly at 8:20 and sit for a period of 20 minutes. Drop-ins welcome, no experience required, bolsters, blankets, chairs and yoga mats are available for sitting. Lori will be available for any questions outside of the studio space before class, however in the studio we will preserve sacred silence before and after our sit.
